You will learn skills to help you cope, reduce anxiety, set realistic expectations and ask for what you need. Offered by WellMama, www.wellmama.net, every Tuesday morning, 10:30 am - noon at Birth To Three; and the first and third Thursday evenings every month, 6:15 - 7:45 p.m., 1034 Lawrence St. in Eugene. Groups are also available in Corvallis. No fee.
