Oregon State University Extension Service has a series of free, month-by-month developmental information about babies on through the years.
Parent HelpLine
Provides free information, referrals and support from Parenting Now! parent educators. Calls are confidential. 541-485-5211 or toll-free in Lane County at 1-888-485-5211.
Reporting Child Abuse
Oregon's Department of Human Resources has lots of information on child abuse and neglect, including prevention programs and how to report suspected abuse or neglect.
Healthy Kids
Oregon's Healthy Kids program provides no-cost to low-cost health coverage to all uninsured kids and teens. Healthy Kids provides all the care kids need, including doctor visits, dental, vision, prescriptions and more. A family of four may earn up to $5,780 a month and still qualify for the low-cost option.
